Goodbuddy’s 3m Catapult is excellent for improving leg speed. The 3m flexicord hooks onto both runners waist belts and is stretched by the front-runner who walks out between 4 and 6 steps.The back runner is pulled faster so they are forced to increase stride rate and length. Our safety cover feature ensures the rubber cannot overstretch and the nylon sleeve will contain the rubber in the unlikely event of it breaking.
