Returns Policy

EXCHANGES:

 

 

Please contact our office to discuss any exchanges.

 

 

Goodbuddy Sports will offer an exchange, provided you return the item within 14 days of purchase date along with a copy of your invoice. The item must include its original packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories. Items must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

 

 

Freight costs on the return of incorrectly ordered goods will be the customer's responsibility.

Re-stocking fees may apply.


REFUNDS:

Goodbuddy Sports aims to provide high quality products to our customers at all times. However, if an item is faulty or damaged please contact our office to discuss a replacement or refund.

Defective items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date along with a copy of your invoice. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or one of equal quality.

In the event an item cannot be replaced, a full credit will be offered for the faulty product.


PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and returns cannot be made on custom made items including printed balls, drink bottles, post padding, clothing etc.
