Q) How much will delivery be?

A) Freight will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order. If you would like to get a quote for an order, please select ’QUOTE ONLY’ in the payment section.

 

Q) Is there a minimum order?

A) No order is too small or large at Goodbuddy Sports.

 

Q) Are you open on weekends?

A) No, sorry, we are only open 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

 

Q) How long will my order take?

A) It depends on the item. If it is a stocked item, it will be despatched within 48 hours of order payment. If it is a custom made product or has to be especially ordered in, we will inform you of expected delivery date.

 

Q) What credit cards do you accept?

A) We accept Visa & Mastercard (conditions apply) we also accept payment by direct bank transfer. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX, DINERS etc.

 

Q) Can you send out my order COD?

A) All goods must be paid in advance unless you have an established account with us. Government Departments (schools etc.) automatically have a 7 day account.

 

Q) What methods of Despatch are available?

A) We send goods via Australia Post, Couriers Please, Border Express and other carriers. We usually choose the most economical method depending on urgency, size of items etc.

 

Q) Can I get a hard copy (printed) catalogue?

A) Yes, if you are a Club or Association or a School or Government Department, just email us with your address & we will post you our catalogue

 

Q) Do you deliver to overseas destinations?

A) Please contact our office with any international order enquiries.
