Q) How much will delivery be?

A) Freight is calculated by the cost of your order.

Order between $0 - $50.00 is $16.50, $51.00 - $100.00 is $18.00, $101.00 - $300.00 is $25.00 and $301.00 - $500.00 is $32.00. For orders over $500.00, we will manually calculate the cheapest option for freight as size and weight can vary. If you would like to get a quote for an order, please select ’QUOTE ONLY’ in the payment section.

For OVERSIZE / BULKY items freight will be calculated manually and added to your order for confirmation / payment prior to dispatch.  

 

Q) Are you open on weekends?

A) No, we are only open 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. 

 

Q) How long will my order take?

A) It depends on the item. If it is a stocked item, it will be despatched within 48 hours of order payment. If it is a custom made product or has to be especially ordered in there may be a further delay.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for clothing and apparel.  Custom sublimation has a lead time of 3-5 weeks. 

 

 Q) What credit cards do you accept?

A) We accept Visa & Mastercard (conditions apply) we also accept payment by direct bank transfer. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX, DINERS etc.

 

Q) Can you send out my order COD?

A) All goods must be paid in advance unless you have an established account with us. Government Departments (schools etc.) automatically have a 7 day account.

 

Q) What methods of Dispatch are available?

A) We send goods via a range of courier companies choosing the most economical method depending on urgency, size of items etc.

 

Q) Do you deliver to overseas destinations?

A) Please contact our office with any international order enquiries.
