Any errors & omissions on this website are accepted. While every attempt has been made to ensure accuracy of pricing on this website, we are all human & sometimes make mistakes. If we have incorrectly listed a price we apologise. We will send you pricing prior to finalising ANY sale.  If any doubts, email us for confirmation of prices.
Colour and photos of items are for illustrative purposes only & are as close a representation of actual articles as possible.
We reserve the right to substitute items of similar performance.
We shall not be liable for damage arising for failure to make delivery of all or part of an order caused by Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control.
Claims for shortages will only be recognised if made within 7 days of delivery.  Specially ordered or custom made items cannot be returned for any reason other than if defective. We will not accept goods for return that have been labelled or used, so please check all goods for suitability for your purpose prior to labelling or using.
Occasionally due to supplier shortages, we may have to substitute goods to fulfil your order in a timely manner. If so, we will replace the item with one of similar , or better quality & contact you should any large price variation occur.
All Goodbuddy products are fully supported by Goodbuddy Sports. All agency products are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranties. If goods appear faulty, we are obliged to return them to the individual manufacturer for assessment BY THEM and are bound by their decision in relation to replacement or repair of goods.
Whilst every effort is made to supply goods, we cannot have every item on our website available to us at all times. Occasionally, due to supplier shortages or seasonal availability of items, we may not have a full range of products in a particular sport. Eg water sports equipment in winter.
We accept Mastercard & Visa cards only.


Due to the size of some our products, it is best if we do a freight quote for individual order and deliveries. If you are ordering a bulky item, they do require a freight quote. We do suggest that you select 'Freight Quote Required' in the payment options. If you decide that you would prefer to pay by credit card, we will contact you with a freight price before processing payment.
